Elwen Guthrie

Elwen has served as Office Manager for the corporation since 1995, when she moved to the area from Plano, Texas. Prior to beginning her career, Ms. Guthrie attended ATU in Russellville, AR., Hillsdale FWB College in Moore, OK., and University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond.  Ms. Guthrie had several years experience in newspaper editing and publishing, in business office applications and operations and worked in the field of public education. 

Ronald Carroll

Ronald joined the company in 1992. He currently holds a Master Plumber License, Backflow (RPZ) Testing Certification, RPZ Repair Certification, L P Gas License and OSHA Competent Person Certificate.  Mr. Carroll entered the plumbing profession in 1979 and did his apprenticeship under his father-in-law, Bobby Hood at Hood Plumbing and one of the founders of City Plumbing, Heating and Electric. Mr. Carroll has over 25 years experience in all aspects of service plumbing in this area. 

Richard Bonte

Richard entered the plumbing industry (at a young age) in the family business in Belmond, Iowa.  In 1974, Mr. Bonte received a BA Degree from Iowa State University and became a partner in the family business.  In 1980, Rick and his wife, Dixie Bonte purchased the business and operated it until 1999 when they sold it to a local couple, who operates it to this day.  At that time, Rick and his wife moved to Hot Springs and Rick joined the City Plumbing, Heating and Electric team.  Mr. Bonte currently holds a Master Plumber’s License, LP Gas License, Class A HVAC License, Backflow (RPZ) Testing and RPZ Repair Certification.
